Regular price $22.00Bordered by Costa Rica on its West, and Colombia to its southeast, Panama produces relatively little coffee when compared to its neighbours. However, coffee from Panama consistently generates high interests from the specialty coffee community due to the high quality beans it produces.
The main coffee growing regions within Panama are Boquete, Volcan-Candela, and Renacimiento, which are located in the western region of the country bordering Costa Rica. As most of the coffees in Panama are grown on small family-owned farms, there is high level of traceability down to a single estate.
Our #dYScover collection this month comes from Finca Hartmann, located in Santa Clara, Renacimiento, near the western border of the country. An award winning farm, coffee from Finca Hartmann are meticulously processed to produce an exceptional cup.
This natural-processed coffee has an intense fruity aroma, and we taste tropical fruit notes like mango, with some lemon and cherry, in a medium velvety body.
