Some of the coffee growing regions in the country includes Jinotega, Matagalpa, Nueva Segovia, Managua, and Madriz. This month, our coffee comes from the Jinotegsa region, situated in the northern part of the country. 

Founded in 1996 in Nicaragua’s Jinotega region, Las Camelias Estate has managed to transform the once-degraded farmland into one of the country’s most productive and quality-focused coffee estates through over two decades of sustainable farming. Grown at an altitude between 1100 - 1300masl, the lower temperature coupled with the altitude allows the bean to mature slowly and develop better flavours.

In this washed lot, we taste citrus fruits, with hints of plum and a honey-like sweetness, finishing with chocolate in a smooth, medium bodied cup of coffee.

SELF PICKUP
Self pickup orders are collated once weekly on Fridays (place your order by Thursdays), and will be ready for pickup on Saturdays.
