Yirgacheffe is one of the three regions (along with Harrar and Sidama) that the Ethiopian government trademarked to bring recognition to their distinctive coffee. Located in the southern Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe is actually a part of the Sidamo region that has been sub-divided into its own micro-region due to its exquisite coffee.

Coffee here are grown in high altitudes of between 1,750m to 2,200m with ideal temperature. This, coupled with a bimodal rainfull distribution pattern, allows the coffee to develop its wonderful and unique flavour notes that are so well-known.

In this washed lot, we get floral notes, as well as bergamot, and brown sugar, in a extremely sweet, light bodied cup of coffee.

SELF PICKUP
Self pickup orders are collated once weekly on Fridays (place your order by Thursdays), and will be ready for pickup on Saturdays.
