Most of the coffee in PNG is produced in the highland regions, either in the Eastern Highlands, or the Western Highlands. The highland regions of the country provides the ideal climate and terrain for coffee to develop beautifully, bringing out complex notes and great sweetness. Grown at elevations of 1520 - 1700masl, our coffee this month comes from the Jiwaka province, located on the Western Highlands.

Grown on fertile valleys framed by rugged mountain ridges, the region’s cool climate, rich volcanic soils, and flowing rivers create ideal conditions for coffee, a legacy that dates back to colonial-era plantations. In the cup, this natural-processed coffee offers a smooth, medium body, layered with notes of blackberries & raisins, finishing with hints of dark chocolate. Balanced yet distinctive, it captures both the richness of the land and the vibrancy of its highland origins.

SELF PICKUP
Self pickup orders are collated once weekly on Fridays (place your order by Thursdays), and will be ready for pickup on Saturdays.
