Situated in the area of Jurutungo, Santa Clara, in the province of Chiriqui, Finca La Santa is nestled between a rainforest reserve on one side, and the border of Costa Rica on the other side. The finca is situated in a particularly challenging location, characterized by cold nighttime temperatures, strong winds, and frequent rainfall. Nonetheless, the owner Jose Manuel Gollardo, manages to produce exceptional cups of coffee due to his passion, dedication, as well as attention to his details in every step of the production journey - from taking the utmost care of his plants, to picking only the ripest beans, and constant quality checks along the way to determine the microlots that produce the best quality.

In this washed lot, we taste notes of citrus fruits notably lemon, as well as milk chocolate and brown sugar in a smooth creamy body with a clean long lasting aftertaste.

As our #dYScover beans are roasted specially, and separately from the rest of our offerings, we only have limited quantities per month! If you have ever thought or wondered about specialty coffee from Panama, do make sure you give this a try soon!

Self pickup orders are collated once weekly on Fridays (place your order by Thursdays), and will be ready for pickup on Saturdays.
