Considered by many as the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia is well known for producing exceptional cups of coffee, with each region tasting different from one another. This month, we are featuring coffee from the Sidamo region. The Sidamo region is one of three trademarked coffee regions in Ethiopia (the other two being Harrar and Yirgacheffe) and grows some of the highest coffee in Ethiopia. Coffee from this region are known for their fruity and intensely aromatic cup!

We taste citrus notes that reminds us of a fragrant lemon, stonefruit reminiscent of a peach, in a light, tea-like body that goes down smoothly with a nice long aftertaste.
