This is largely due to the excellent research and development of coffee, as well as highly educated farmers that the country has. In Kenya, a grading system is used for all of its exported coffee, regardless of whether the lot is traceable or not. This system is based on the bean size and some of you may or may not have come across terms such as AA, AB, PB when looking at a bag of Kenyan coffee.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur coffee this month comes from the Kirinyaga County, located just south of Mount Kenya.
